Food Review: Les Patisseries
Finally, I managed to have a quiet and relaxing lunch at Les Patisseries, meeting up with the boyfriend and his colleague for lunch. Past few months were hectic and the number of total tabaos in just Jan and Feb had exceeded the number of total of tabaos over the past 4 years in corporate world =XBrought them to the new cafe on the block - Les Patisseries. I had been wanting to try the food there for a while but just could not find a suitable time. So today was just the right time for a nice cafe dining :D
The cafe is quite small and not many seatings are available. There is a central kitchen where all the cooking and baking are done. The cakes and pastries on the display were the first to greet us the moment we entered and they looked impressive and drooling :) But unfortunately due to time, we did not manage to try them. There was no official menu as the available food sold in the cafe was shown on a blackboard.
The boy had eggs Benedict which came with two poached eggs and bacon with croissant and side salad. We could already smelt the aroma of the croissant even though we had not eaten it yet. The combination of the eggs Benedict tasted quite good and the boy was enjoying himself with the dish.
Had an enjoyable time at the cafe :) Shall visit here for its pastries and waffles soon!
